Seat Leon Cupra 1.8 20v Turbo - Low Milage in Darwen, Lancashire for sale

Seat Leon Cupra 1.8 20v turbo in silver  Shell done 144k but engine done around 55k (proof of new engine). It is a daily so milage will rise.  Honda 52000 air filter, Jom coilovers, Cupra r interior trims, Full electric leather interior, Poweflow custom exhaust with cupra r bigger oval tip £450 custom made last year.  3 inch toyo sports downpipe & decat, 2.5 inch full stainless exhaust, toyo sports side intercooler, Uprated diverter valve Bbs ch rep alloys with 2 snow tyres & 2 all weather tyres, All engine deletes including SAI, Sony cd player, Poly bush dog mount, Alarm Spare key Full electrics pack for windows, mirrors and seats. Bad points Driver side rear module (locks but with key) + electric window module Scuffs and scrapes on bumpers Bodywork not 100% but is tidy Rust on front arches (can be saved) Interior shows signs of wear Rear wiper doesnt work but do have the delete for it Climate control unit works but ink has run inside Windowscreen has some chips Suspension does knock occasionaly, could need top mounts/drop links replacing but we do have brand fully adjustable new drops links included. Engine runs smooth with no funny noises or knocks,great on fuel averages between 20-28mpg only used better grade fuel, new timing belt and water pump was fitted when new engine was put in, gearbox is smooth, interier is in good condition considering age (does show some signs of scuffs/scrapes). Does come with a boot full of spare parts enough to build a new engine including turbo. Been a great little run around selling only due to buying a bigger car.
